一、教学重点:
1. 教师结合叙述旅游中的所见所闻综合运用所学语言尤其是一般过去时的表述用语。
2. 教师结合Let’s chant部分的内容进行扩展和提高练习。
二、教学难点:
本课时的教学难点是综合运用所学语言特别是一般过去时叙述旅行中的见闻,同时教师结合学生的生活经验,运用多种方法帮助学生建构语言体系。
三、课前准备:
1.教师准备本课时的动词卡片。
2.教师准备若干张地名卡片。
3.教师准备录音机和相关的录音带。
4.学生每人准备一张制作明信片的白纸。
四、教学过程:
1、Warm up (热身)
活动一: 口语练习
教学参考时间:2—3 分钟
1.教师让学生按学号或自愿到讲台前展示自己的英文。
2.学生可以根据所学内容,自己表述或和伙伴共同表述一些内容。如:
What’s your English name? My English name is Mary.
What day is today? It’s Monday.
What’s the date today? It’s Mar.22.
What’s the weather like today? It’s sunny.
Do you like English? Yes, I do.
What sport do you like?
Where were you yesterday?
What did you do yesterday evening?
3. 出示表示动作的单词卡片。
2、Review (复习)
活动二:歌曲大家唱
教学参考时间:2—3 分钟
1.教师播放Let’s sing部分 I Went on a Holiday 的歌曲,师生共同演唱。
2.教师让学生说说歌词中表示动作的短语,教师出示动作卡片让学生认读。如:ate / eat many foods, took / take many pictures, played / play in the sun, had / have fun
3.找2—3个学生唱唱这首歌。
3、Presentation (呈现新知)
活动三:歌谣说唱
教学参考时间:4—5 分钟
1.教师呈现一张旅行时拍摄的照片,并以第一人称的身份表述Last summer/winter vacation, I went to Shanghai/Guilin. I went on a trip. Do you want to ask me some questions? 随后引导学生就这一话题向教师提问,比比看谁的问题提得多。如:Where did you go? What did you do? How did you get there? Do you like the city? Who did you go with?
2.教师呈现一张明信片,Look, this is a postcard. My friend sent it to me. He had a trip in the winter vocation. Do you have any questions about his trip? 学生提问,When did he go …?教师呈现明信片,让学生读一读,之后回答所提问题。
3.随后教师播放录音Let’s chant 部分,让学生认真听。
4.再次播放,让学生重复歌谣中的内容。
5.师生共同吟唱歌谣。
活动四:写明信片
教学参考时间:7—8 分钟
1.教师告诉学生Mike 和Kathy 外出旅游的过程中要为朋友寄去明信片,教师说:Mike and Kathy enjoyed their trip in Kunming very much. They wanted to write post cards to their friends, but they did not finish them. Let’s help them!
2.让学生打开书,翻到56页。告诉学生男生完成Mike的明信片,女生完成Kathy的明信片。让学生自己阅读明信片上的内容,限时填充段落完成该练习。
3.教师让学生男女生一组(注意学生此时必须持不同的明信片)向对方读各自填充的明信片内容,对方记录并帮助检查核对。明信片上的内容为:A post card from Mike 1)学生自由填写伙伴姓名2)holiday 3) park 4) forest 5) lake 6) village 7) building A post card from Kathy 1)学生自由填写伙伴姓名2)fish 3) Grapes 4) juice 5) Zongzi 6) ice-cream
4.教师出示本课时表动作的单词卡片,学生检查自己的书写并认读。
5.学生再次核对答案的基础上针对明信片的内容提问对方,进一步交流。
如:
What is the post card?
This post card shows you a picture from my holiday.
Where did you go?
I went to a nature park.
What did you see?
I saw a green forest and a beautiful clean lake. 等。
活动五:句子接龙
教学参考时间: 1—2 分钟
1.教师告诉学生做句子接龙的游戏。教师提问:What did you do on your holiday?
2.学生1回答:I went to a park on my holiday.

4.用此方法不断加长该句子。
4、Let’s play (趣味操练)
活动六:歌谣大家编
教学参考时间:6—7 分钟
1.教师告诉学生要举行“歌谣大家编”的比赛活动,让学生四人一组,编写新歌谣。
2.教师同时告诉学生编写内容要丰富多彩,可以写nature park, city, countryside,还可以写其他一些景点等。教师可以先带学生说说要用到的词语,如:Nature park: go / went to a nature park, see / saw flowers, tall trees, beautiful flowers, butterflies, birds, clean stream, grass, lake … City: buy / bought folk clothes, house, tall building, car, store, shop, bus, …. Countryside : eat / ate fresh fish, stay / stayed at a village, farm, cow, sheep, goat, sun, blue sky, take a picture ….
3.学生在小组中讨论,并将自编的歌谣写在纸上。
4.教师让学生将各自小组编写的歌谣说唱给大家听,同时也可以交给其他伙伴。如:I went on a trip. I went to a park. What did you do? What did you see? I saw the flowers. I saw the trees. I played with friends. I had lots of fun. 再如:I went on a trip. I went to a village. What did you do? What did you see? What did you buy? Did you have fun? I was very happy. I bought a toy. I saw a big lake. I did many things.
活动七:写明信片
教学参考时间:5—6 分钟
1.教师出示准备好的若干张地名卡片,如:park, village, airport, city, 教师根据学生情况还可以准备国内外著名景点和建筑,如:Great Wall, Summer Palace, the Temple of Heaven, Kunming, Guilin等。
2.教师将学生分为不同小组,可以5—6组。
3.每组派一名代表到讲台前,面对黑板。教师抽取一张卡片,让每组的代表知道,其他学生不看卡片。
4.由其他学生提问,如:Is there a lake / forest / park? Are there many people / tall buildings? Are there a lot of flowers / trees / houses in it? 各组代表只能回答Yes. 或 No.
5.最快猜出地名或景点的小组为胜。
6.教师提供一些地点和景点,以小组为单位选择喜欢的地方和与其相应的景点,并制作完成一张明信片。
