一、章节分析
（一）综述
本章节学习should和ought to，章节分为两部分，第一部分要求学生学会使用should和ought to表达什么是应该做的和不该做的，并学会should和ought to的否定和疑问形式。第二部分要求学生运用should和ought to来纠正别人的错误。
（二）目标
学习并运用should和ought to，结合教学内容教育学生在日常生活中该做的和不该做的。
（三）重点和难点
1. should， ought to的肯定、否定和疑问形式。
2. 生词和词组：
neatly adv. 整洁地 tidily adv. 整齐地 typewriter n. 打字机

Talking about what it is best or right todo
1 Ask some questions about the text：
What did Tony suggest at the meeting?
What did Joyce say after she took charge of the meeting?
2 Tell the students should and ought to can be usesd to make suggestions about what it is best to do.
3 Exercise A1
4 Show some pictures to the students and ask the students whether they are doing sth. right or wrong.
5 Ask the students what the people on the picture should do or shouldn‘t do.
6 Tell the students we can use ‘should‘ and ‘ought to‘ to express our strong belief that sth is right and is our duty.
7 Practise ‘should‘ and ‘ought to‘.
8 Exercise A2， A3
Correcting people
1 Tell the students we can use ‘should‘ and ‘ought to‘ when we want to correct people.
2 Show some pictures and ask the students to correct the mistakes people made by using ‘should‘ and ‘ought to‘.
3 Exercise on page 84
